Artwork Size

Please leave at least 1/8" clear space between the edge of the label and the artwork on each side.

For best results, artwork should be built at the final print size whenever possible.
Accepted File Formats

Microsoft Word and Microsoft Publisher files may be usable in some cases, but production-ready artwork files are preferred.
JPEG and GIF files are generally not recommended for production-quality label printing.
Resolution
For best print quality:

600 DPI recommended

300 DPI minimum
Artwork should be created at 100% of final artwork size. Low-resolution images may print blurry, pixelated, or unclear.
Fonts and Text
Please embed all fonts when possible.
For vector artwork, fonts should be converted to outlines/curves when submitting final production files. This helps prevent font substitution or text shifting.
Color Separation
Color separation is available when artwork meets production requirements.
For best results:

Use solid spot colors when possible.

Avoid gradients, blends, or colors touching when color separation is required.

Provide clean artwork files with colors clearly defined.

Multi-color artwork may require review before production.
Barcode and QR Code Artwork
Barcode and QR code artwork should be high resolution and clearly readable.
Please avoid sending low-resolution screenshots of barcodes or QR codes. Whenever possible, provide original artwork files or high-quality vector files.

Artwork may be submitted by email after completing your quote request.
