Where will the label go and what will it face (heat, cold/freezer, moisture, chemicals, outdoors)? If you know them, also list: adhesive (permanent/removable/freezer/high-tack), printed or blank, number of colors, roll/sheet/fanfold, core size, max roll OD, barcode or variable data, and any previous job/PO # for repeat orders.
